Corn and Pepper Fritters

Yield: Makes about 24 fritters.



Beat egg in large bowl. Stir in milk, corn and 1 tablespoon Planters Peanut Oil. Add and beat in flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Drop by tablespoonfuls into deep or shallow hot ( 375 F. ) Planters Peanut OIl. Fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. If desired, serve with syrup.
